Ian Lahart
Ian Lahart is a Reader in Clinical Exercise Science at the University of Wolverhampton. His main area of interest for presenting is reproducibility in exercise science and in particular exercise oncology (the subfield of studying exercise in patients with cancer).
The main focus of Ian’s research is on the role of physical activity in the prevention and treatment of non-communicable disease. In particular, he has worked with patients with cancer, cardiovascular disease, diabetes and related metabolic conditions, and arthritis. He is interested in the communication of science and meta-research (a field of research that investigates research practices and quality).
