Leadership in Academia 2022 (BBSRC funded)

Thank you for your understanding, this workshop is currently only available for BBSRC funded researchers and academics. If places become available, we may open applications to a wider audience or offer places to previous applicants who were unable to attend our 2021 Leadership workshop.

We will also be running another Leadership in Academia course in November 2022, which will have an open application process.

UKRN are offering a 2-day residential course at Cumberland Lodge, Windsor; Wednesday to Thursday, 25th to 26th May 2022.
The workshop aims to introduce researchers at all career stages to the fundamental principles of leadership and leadership skills in an academic context, through a combination of lectures, practical activities, and small group discussion on key topics.

There are 24 places on the course.

Successful applicants will be provided meals and accommodation in their own room, at Cumberland Lodge. A limited number of family rooms for those with caring responsibilities may be available (please ask us). Unfortunately we aren’t able to offer travel bursaries.
