UKRN are offering a 2-day residential course at Cumberland Lodge, Windsor; Wednesday to Thursday, 23th to 24th November 2022.
The workshop aims to introduce researchers at all career stages to the fundamental principles of leadership and leadership skills in an academic context, through a combination of lectures, practical activities, and small group discussion on key topics.
Successful applicants will be required to complete approximately 4 hours of preparation work prior to attending the workshop, comprised of eight short webinars hosted on YouTube and a short reflective exercise.
There are 24 places on the course.
Successful applicants will be asked to pay a registration fee of £300 which covers the cost of accommodation in your own room, and meals at Cumberland Lodge. A limited number of family rooms for those with caring responsibilities may be available (please ask us). Unfortunately we aren’t able to offer travel bursaries.
Please note some places have already been filled by previous applicants unable to attend an earlier course.
