Blog: Three Take-Aways
Being grateful about the opportunity of participating in the transformational UKRN Leadership Training 2022, I am delighted to share three take-aways:
- “Leadership is doing the right thing in difficult times when no one is watching” – By focusing on the process, the desired output will follow.
- Leadership drives paradigm shifts – Leaders are grateful, giving, and disagreeable, challenging the status quo.
- “Leaders play the cards they got, not the ones they wish they had” – Leadership involves attentiveness to the individual, the team, and the task.
