The UKRN Open Research Programme has a new partner. Northumbria University has become the 21st institution in the programme, which aims to accelerate the uptake of high quality open research practices, through training, reform of recognition of reward, and co-development of institutional policies.
Thomas Pollet, UKRN institutional lead at Northumbria, said “we are excited to join this national initiative, and thereby play a leading role in promoting open and transparent research. As a university rapidly strengthening its research activities, we value opportunities to share good practice and help shape the future of open research.”
